PERSONNEL

The Personnel module is the base module of HRplus Everywhere and is the foundation of the human resource system. 

It allows you to define your organisational entities and hierarchy as you build out your company structure. The personnel module allows you to seamlessly and accurately track all HR transactions in your workplace.

HRplus is built on the principle of an organisation's hierarchical position-based system, and that employees are moving into, around and out of this system.

The HRplus Leave module is highly automated and is driven by your leave policy rules which can be configured from the interface. These parameters include employee status, pay group, bargaining unit, salary grade, staff type and job, together with length of service and roll over parameters. It automatically updates every night so that leave balances are always accurate and are automatically adjusted when leave is taken and reflected from the Time and Attendance module or when manually entered and posted.

BENEFITS

The Benefits management function gives your Human Resource and Payroll departments a powerful, flexible set of tools for defining, maintaining, tracking, comparing and reporting on employee benefit packages. Default plans can be defined for assignment to specific groups of employees upon entry into the system. These default plans allow the user to do mass changes and updates with little difficulty.

EMPLOYEE SELF-SERVICE

Our Self Service suite brings a level of efficiency to your HR operations that is required for today's business environment. With user defined workflows, our self service decentralises many HR processes by giving both employees and managers access to transactional data such as vacation leave, benefits, asset management and so much more. Approvals can be done for leave and time cards, as well as enrollment in training and benefits, performal appraisals, staff requisitions and smart goals.
