The Training module is based on a developmental theme with requests for training being initiated online from recruitment, managers/supervisors/team leaders, the performance appraisal process, employees, the succession planning process, and organizational development goals.




The integration of the self-serve throughout our application provides managers with critical tools that will enhance overall performance and productivity. Automated gap analysis in the areas of competencies, certifications and qualifications allow managers to assess departmental needs. The system can maintain tables on training facilities (in-house & external), locations and programs, can track and maintain training requests by source (Need Assessment, Manager/Supervisor request, Performance Appraisals, Recruitment, Succession), can maintain information on training programs, modules, content, schedules and costs, generate and create and track training schedules.
