How AI is going to be used in HRplus

HRplus is going to be using AI in several ways in our suite of applications. It will be used to streamline and enhance several processes including HR and Payroll processes. as follows:

  1. Candidate Screening: AI will automate the initial screening process by analyzing resumes and job applications. It can match candidate qualifications, skills, and experience with job requirements, thereby shortlisting the most suitable candidates. This will be available in our Recruitment module (ATS).

  2. Talent Acquisition: AI can assist in sourcing candidates from various platforms and social networks. It can analyze profiles, track user activity, and identify potential candidates who are more likely to be a good fit for specific roles or organizations. This will be available to HRplus users via 3rd party integrations.

  3. Chatbots and Virtual Assistants: HR software often integrates chatbots or virtual assistants powered by AI. These AI-driven chatbots can answer frequently asked questions, provide information about company policies, benefits, and procedures, and assist employees and candidates with various HR and Payroll-related queries reducing the need for manual intervention. These will be available in the Employee Self-Service, including via mobile.

  4. Employee Onboarding: AI can streamline and automate the employee onboarding process. It can generate and distribute onboarding documents, create personalized training plans, and deliver interactive onboarding modules to new hires. These will be available in the Onboarding module

  5. Performance Management: AI can support performance management by collecting and analyzing data related to employee performance. It can track key performance indicators (KPIs), provide feedback and recommendations, and help identify patterns or trends in employee performance. These options will be supported in the overall Talent Management Suite, including Appraisals, Goals, 360, Employee Development, and Succession.

  6. Benefits Administration: AI can assist in managing employee benefits by automating the enrollment, tracking, and administration of various benefit programs. It can handle deductions, track leave balances, and generate reports related to benefits utilization. These AI features will be added to the HRplus benefits module

  7. Employee Engagement and Feedback: AI-powered HR software can measure and analyze employee sentiment through surveys, sentiment analysis of communication channels, and feedback mechanisms. This data can be used to identify areas of improvement, address concerns, and enhance employee engagement. This will be available to HRplus users via 3rd party integrations.

  8. Predictive Analytics: AI can leverage historical data and perform predictive analytics to identify potential attrition risks, detect patterns related to employee turnover, and provide insights to optimize employee engagement and retention strategies. This will be available in HRplus directly via new database AI software which will integrate to the HRplus database.

  9. Compliance and Risk Management: AI can assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. It can analyze HR data to identify potential compliance risks, highlight any discrepancies or anomalies, and recommend actions to mitigate risks. This will be available via a new module being developed.

Overall, AI in HRplus will be used to automate repetitive tasks, improve decision-making, enhance employee experiences, and optimize HR processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness. These features will be rolled out over the coming 12 months as we fully join the AI revolution.
