Since establishing the company in 1991, Gregory has grown HRplus from a five-person startup into a regional tech leader with 80 employees, serving 300+ corporate clients and over 200,000 employees. His innovations include the flagship HRplus suite—now in its latest version, HRplus CEREBRA (2025)—and MyHRp, a payroll platform tailored for SMEs.

Entirely self-taught in software development, Gregory combines his management and accounting background with visionary leadership. Known for his wit and empowering style, he has fostered a collaborative culture while expanding HRplus across industries such as banking, hospitality, government, and manufacturing in Trinidad & Tobago and the wider Caribbean.
